Shiatsu facial massage

Shiatsu literally means finger pressure. The massage uses pressure points and, on the face, a kneading technique as well, whose main aim is to relax the skin and boost its blood flow. Shiatsu also works with energy: energy blockages, which we mostly feel as pain, can be released by pressure, opening the way for energy to flow freely. The pressure regulates the activity of the autonomic nervous system and acts as a deep myofascial massage.
